Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using InfuMedz (Infusion Medical Education Zone), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login with anyone.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
• One person, one account. Accounts shared between several people may be suspended.

3. What you may do with the content

When you purchase a course or book, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access it for your own study, for as long as we operate the service.

You may watch the lectures and read the notes on the website and in the app, on your own devices, as many times as you like. You are buying access to the material — you are not buying the material itself.

Free preview: the first two lectures of every course, and the first two chapters of every book, are available to any signed-in user at no charge. Please use that preview to judge whether the content suits you before purchasing.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, upload or redistribute any lecture, PDF or other material, in whole or in part, by any means.
• Record, screen-capture or rip video or PDF content.
• Give or sell your login to anyone, or use someone else’s.
• Use the content for commercial purposes, including coaching, teaching or any paid service, without our written permission.
• Attempt to access content you have not purchased, interfere with the service, or probe, scan or test its security.
• Use automated tools to download content in bulk.

Breaching this section may result in your account being suspended or terminated without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any remedy available in law.

5. Ownership

All lectures, notes, PDFs, question banks, images, designs, logos and text on InfuMedz are owned by us or our contributors and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

6. Payments and access

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing recurring.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Access unlocks once the payment is confirmed. If it does not, contact us and we will resolve it.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

8. Changes to content

We add, update and occasionally correct or remove material. Lectures added to a course you already own are included at no extra cost. We may withdraw individual items where we must — for example if content is found to be inaccurate or we lose the right to publish it — and we will try to provide an equivalent or a fair remedy if that materially affects something you paid for.

9. Reviews you post

You may post ratings and reviews on content you own. Reviews are shown publicly with your name. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or containing personal or patient information. We may remove a review that breaches this, and we may reply to it publicly.

10. Academic and thesis services

Thesis assistance, publication support, plagiarism services and presentation design are quoted individually, and each engagement is governed by what is agreed in writing before work begins.

We provide guidance, editing and preparation support. You remain the author and are responsible for the academic integrity of your submission, including compliance with your institution’s rules. We do not guarantee acceptance by any journal, university or examining body.

11. Educational use only

Important. All content on InfuMedz is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used as a substitute for clinical judgement, current guidelines, institutional protocols or the care of a qualified professional. You are responsible for verifying anything you apply in practice, including drug doses, against an authoritative current source. InfuMedz accepts no responsibility for clinical decisions taken on the basis of this material.

12. Availability

We aim to keep InfuMedz available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical failures, or problems at our hosting or payment providers may cause downtime. We will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of examination results, academic opportunity, income or data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, particularly where content is shared or redistributed. Where a breach is serious, we may do so without notice and without refund.

You may close your account at any time from your Profile page. Closing your account removes your access to everything you have purchased, and this cannot be reversed.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
