Smoking introduces harmful chemicals, including nicotine, into the body, leading to potential health risks, such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular issues, and cancer.Types of Smokers:Active Smokers:These are individuals who personally consume tobacco by smoking it directly through cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other smoking devices.Subtypes:Occasional Smokers (Social Smokers):Individuals who smoke infrequently, often in social situations.Regular Smokers:Individuals who smoke on a daily basis and may have a physical dependence on nicotine.Heavy Smokers:Those who smoke large quantities of tobacco daily, often exceeding one or more packs of cigarettes per day.Passive Smokers (Secondhand Smokers):Individuals who do not smoke themselves but are exposed to smoke from others.
