- If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you may do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability.

- If you have registered for a live event or webinar, cancellations made 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
